The Lecture Forum offers members professional opportunities for presenting at NYSTA conference.The presentation format is flexible. One can read a paper, present a lecture, perform a lecture-recital, or demonstrate a technique. The topic proposal should be a detailed, written document describing the presentation exactly as it is to be done. Possible subjects could involve music literature, teaching techniques, psychology of teaching, performance stress, improvisation, or business elements of the music profession.  Presentation time is a suggested total of thirty minutes including five minutes for questions, but may be extended to a total of fifty minutes.  Please submit your proposal to the Lecture Forum Committee.
